Jinotha

Often known as the warrior elves, the land of Jinotha is a massive bastion beneath the Scorched Sands of Nanicia. After the fall of Minther many Eladrin had escaped much of the ramifications of the destruction of Minther. Picking up others along the way these refugees were cut off from the rest of the world and rigorously pursued by Hell’s Legions. Facing wave after brutal wave no matter where these elves ran to they were followed throughout all of Nanicia. Eventually no land would take them in as refugees as they traveled as far south as they could as often as they could. After months of pursuit the Eladrin were out of supplies and exhausted much like the other roving bands of Eladrin out within Lore’un after Minther’s Fall. Yet the Eladrin stood fast in their moment of desperation and fought a bloody battle. It was said the battle never stopped that hardly a day of rest was allowed before hell lunged back with more devils than the last time. When these Eladrin set up for the battle they had arranged battlements within the snow and every battle they barely had enough time to build upon them not daring to set foot away from their only protection. Living under constant attack for so long the Eladrin who became known as the Jinotha Elves found themselves with a new home capable of defending against even Hell. Choosing not to give up such assurance the Bastion of Jinotha was born. Perhaps a result of it’s origins the means in which Jinotha is governed is by a series of representatives elected by their people to speak out for the needs of their culture and areas. The Banner of Jinotha is a Deep Royal Blue holding a white forest with a crossed longbow against a longsword.
